Sealey tools review

Sealey is worldwide famous company that produces a plethora of tools meant to address the needs of people that find themselves working in various industries and need high quality tools to get their job done in a timely manner and with professional end results. The company was founded by John Sealey who was first engaged into selling Trolley jacks. Over time, he succeeded in expanding his business and soon was recognized as one of the main tools importer, having its tools imported straight from Denmark. The company deals with a lot of tools brands and only features the highest quality brands available on the market today. The business has its headquarters in the small town of Bury St Edmunds.

Just a quick overview of Sealey. This company started as a one man band selling Trolley Jacks from the back of his car. He is now a major importer and wholesaler of power tools with three large warehouses located in my home town of Bury St Edmunds. When it comes to advantages that Sealey has over other marketers out there, price is the most important one. Even though the tools are not quite that heavy duty, they are still very good for getting your job done and are very reliable. The hand tools Sealey is selling are all in for a lifetime warranty, while other items vary in terms of warranty, from 3 to 5 years.

One of the problems that you could say Sealey has, is the fact that you will never be able to buy the tools directly from them, rather you will need to find a distributor where you can buy them from. Even though they have very high quality products, I cannot help myself and say that this fact is really a big disadvantage for such a big company with a good reputation.

The plethora of products one can find in Sealey’s offer can be mind boggling, and just to name a few, you can buy any type of drill, welders and supplies, Makita products, chests, toolboxes, hand tools, brooms, polishers, grinders, compressors and many, many more.

If it’s one thing that I could tell you not to consider while visiting one of their warehouses or their website, is the Siegen range. I don’t really know what the deal with the company is, but fact is that the products made by it are very low quality and you will never want to experience this on your own, trust me. To be honest, you will find absolutely everything you need here at Sealey. There is quite nothing that you need and won’t be able to spot out in their online or hard catalogue.

If you’re buying from an authorized Sealey tools dealer, you could also ask for a catalogue, as it is free, so you can easily flip its pages at home when you need a new product or some replacement parts. Shipments are usually on a day to day basis, but that can vary depending on the special weather conditions, the place you live and so on.
